It is a very strange sound:) made by my reloop rmx-30 dj mixer's and sb live soundcard's bug! there could be a malfunction and when i used the gain potmeter the sound from nowhere (the cable, the mixer, the soundcard, don't know. . ) became mad. I took one of the monster very deep voice sound and tweaked it to sound like some kind of raging infected because i had to do it for a game. It's kind of like the sound zombies make in movies where they are not really zombies but raging infected people. I used : pitch shift, time shift, octaver, eq, overdrive.

Grudge movie croak sound interpretation. The sound was created using my own voice drawing in air while croaking. It was recorded using mixcraft 6 and a samson q1u microphone. The only effects used were a delay set to long repeat, a touch of reverb while mixing and some compression while recording. It's a sound you usually can hear in a horror movie. It makes your blood freeze if it wasn't ice already. It has medium attack and very long decay. The sound's timbre is similar to what a metal gong could do when hit inside a cathedral. Synthesized with zynaddsubfx inside lmms. Rendered as 96khz/32-bit. Edited and normalized in audacity.

Combination of crunching and scraping sounds. In my opinion, the better of the two crunching-scraping recordings.
